Executive – Share Registrar and Issuing House Services
Support share registry operations and IPO processing — registers, corporate actions, general meetings and balloting.
The role
You will maintain registers of members, process transfers and allotments, support dividend and corporate action processing, and work on IPO application handling and balloting during live issues.
What we are looking for
- A degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field
- One to three years in share registration, an issuing house, or a broking back office — or a strong graduate
- Precise with numbers and comfortable working to a deadline that does not move
- Discretion: you will handle confidential shareholder and application data
